The Best Weight Loss Programs For Men

Time to get in shape my man? Good. Here is how you will do it. Do or do not, there is no try.
First things first, nutrition.
I am not going to tell you that you can't drink beer or you have to give up fast food. I am going to tell you that on Saturday you can do whatever pleases you in the diet department, and I actually recommend going so hard on Saturday that you feel sick and don't want any more junk food for the rest of the week!
Have a diet of eggs, chicken, steak, beef, pork, frozen veggies, legumes, some fruits and whole grains breads. Make sure that you are eating at least 4times a day in order to not let your body go into storage and starvation mode with you food, which will see you getting fatter! As hard as it is to believe that if you eat more often you will lose weight faster, but it is true, just keep your serving size to a normal size, don't go too mad.
Now to the exercise part of the weight loss plan you are going to dominate.
Get into the gym 2 times a week at the start and push those weights like you never have before, there are plenty of tips and workouts on my site to get started with.
Get out into the sweating zone and start doing a few cardio sessions a week. These only have to be about half an hour each to start with and should be no longer than an hour.
If you have the will power and discipline to stick this out, you will have no trouble losing all you want to lose. Experimenting and tracking your progress with the precision of a German watchmaker will ensure that you continue to feel good, look great and lose all that pesky fat.
